Volunteering at the CARPHA Annual Health Research Conference is a fun and fast paced job that consists of over eight hours of service per day in exchange for free registration at the meeting. Priority will be given to students attending Universities in Guyana. All volunteers are expected to be available from Wednesday April 26, 2017 to Friday, April 28, 2017.
After basic training, volunteers will be setting up the conference, preparing registration packages and checking-in registrants. It is important to note most of the time would be spent on your feet, talking with many people and controlling the crowd. The time goes by very quickly and volunteers end up meeting new friends and having a lot of fun.

Registration Payment Policy
Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration. Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard, click here for credit card form) US Bank drafts (payable to Caribbean Public Health Agency), Wire Transfer (click here for Wire Transfer details), PayPal or cash. All payments for early registration must arrive at CARPHA no later than March 20, 2017. Please include a printout of your registration email confirmation along with your payment.

Registration Cancellation and Refund
To cancel your registration, you must contact CARPHA no later than March 20, 2017. For cancellations made by March 20, 2017, registration fee will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after March 20, 2017.
Cancellation requests must identify the registrants’ name, email address, and amount paid and include a copy of your registration confirmation. Send refund requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
