Registration is required for first author of accepted oral and poster presentations. If you are the first author of an accepted abstract, your registration cannot be refunded, If the first author is unable to attend the meeting and would like to appoint a substitute speaker/presenter, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for final approval. The substitute author must also register to attend the meeting.
Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration. Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard, click here) US Bank drafts (payable to Caribbean Public Health Agency), Wire Transfer (click here for Wire Transfer details) or cash. All payments for early registration must arrive at CARPHA no later than April 30, 2019 include a printout of your registration email confirmation along with your payment. Payments can be mailed to:

Cash payments should not be sent through the mail.
You must contact us no later than May 13, 2019 to cancel your registration. For cancellations made by May 13, 2019 registration fee will be refunded less a US$100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after May 13, 2019.
Cancellation and Refund requests must identify the registrants’ name, email address, and amount paid. Send refund and cancellation requests to email@example.com.
