Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration. Cash payments should not be sent through the mail.
You must contact us no later than May 14, 2018 to cancel your registration. For cancellations made by May 14, 2018 registration fee will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after May 14, 2018.
Cancellation requests must identify the registrants’ name, email address, and amount paid. Send refund requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
