This category is for full time students only and includes admission to all Scientific Sessions including feature lectures, poster sessions, coffee breaks, lunch and the opening ceremony.
Students may apply to work at the conference in exchange for free registration to the CARPHA Health Research Conference. There are limited volunteer opportunities and volunteer positions are reserved for students attending Universities in the host country. Please click here to register as a volunteer.
Whether you’re selling existing products or services, promoting your organisation or introducing new products, exhibiting at the CARPHA Health Research Conference allows you to increase your company’s visibility among targeted audiences. Please complete the Commitment Form and Due Diligence Form and return to email@example.com to register as an exhibitor/sponsor.
Registration fees will be refunded less a $100 handling fee, provided the request for refund is received by CARPHA no later than May 14 2018. Refund requests must identify the registrants’ name, email address, and amount paid. Send refund requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration is required for first author of accepted oral and poster presentations. If you are the first author of an accepted abstract, your registration cannot be refunded, If the first author is unable to attend the meeting and would like to appoint a substitute speaker/presenter, contact us at email@example.com for final approval. The substitute author must also register to attend the meeting.
Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration. Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard, click here for credit card form) US Bank drafts (payable to Caribbean Public Health Agency), Wire Transfer (click here for Wire Transfer details), PayPal or cash. You must contact us no later than May 14, 2018 to cancel your registration. For cancellations made by May 14, 2018 registration fee will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after May 14, 2018.
